Is It Plugged In?

  The answer to this question has been the answer to way too many computer related problems I have solved ( Troubleshooting 101 )!

  Since 2005, when my wife ( Stella ) and I relocated ourselves and our business here, from Southern California, our goal has been to provide Heber-Overgaard, and the surrounding areas, with high quality computer related services at an affordable and fair price.

   One of the downfalls of this business is the fact that the average computer user can easily  be "techno-talked" into expensive repairs ( parts and labor ) when the root of the problem does not warrant those expenses. A 150% markup on parts is not acceptable, an astronomical hourly labor charge is not acceptable. In any economic times! Our prices for our services are based on consience ( labor ) and cost ( parts ).

As you will find while exploring this website, we have not only a sense of humor, but a

strong desire to be fair and honorable in all of our dealings with our customers, neighbors and friends ( all one and the same ). We hope you enjoy your time here on our website.
